In my class, we also recommend mutuality teach each other.

We also play background music to increase the students' remarks.

However, we also have time to work hard on our own issues.

I'm imitating the training method I received in my previous job.

私の担当する授業では、受講者同士の教え合いも推奨しています。

受講者の発言が増えるよう、BGMを流したりもしています。

ただし、自力で課題に必死に取り組む時間も設けています。

前職で受けた研修の方法を真似しているんですけどね。
